The hotel is located in Miraflores, just a 2-minute walk from Kennedy Park, offering a vibrant and safe neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and clean, although outdated. My room was supposed to have double layers of windows for soundproofing, making it pleasantly quiet. The room itself was big and clean, but felt extremely old and outdated.

The staff here was super polite and helpful, going out of their way to transfer us to another hotel nearby at no extra cost. They were also flexible with our late cancellation request. Just a tip: try to arrive earlier if you don't speak Spanish to make communication smoother.
